7.5 months post open rhinoplasty. Is my nose botched?

I had open rhinoplasty in Turkey nearly 8 months ago. Doctor has good reputation. Nose is more crooked to the left than before and the tip is overly protected to the left, the 45 degree view from the right is the worst as it gives a very long and unnatural nose. See pictures. Surgeon is saying that pics with phone are not reliable and while I get that, I can also see it in the mirror and reality is objective. Do I need a revision and if so shall I ask the same surgeon? Thanks for your help

Based on your photos, you appear to have a reverse c-shaped appearance to your nose. If that is what is bothering you, instead of undergoing rhinoplasty surgery, you may wish to consider microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections to the concavity. Unfortunately, there is no pre-op frontal view to assess the original amount of curvature of the dorsum of the nose.It is worth bearing in mind that the final results of a rhinoplasty may not be fully seen until 12 months post op.If you still have any concerns at this time, your first point of contact should be your surgeon in Turkey.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a Revision in order to perform nasal tip deprojection and slightly elevate your tip and refine the tip. This should only be performed be a revision expert. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
