Can a full rhinoplasty be done under local anesthesia? (photos)

gabrielvelzm
I want to know if it is possible to have a full rhinoplasty under local anesthesia. I was 5 days away from having one with a reputable Doctor, the surgery was half paid already, but I was simply not having it regarding the general anaesthesia. Unless it's something about life or death, I am not going under general anaesthesia . I feel very strong about this and nothing will change my mind. I am open to tip pasty and alarplasty as well. Under Local. Thank you So Much!
