Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand your question you can have rhinoplasty but you need to be patient about the recovery stage dear. Your surgeon might be asked you to use roaccutane for make the skin tinner. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Even with thick skin you can expect quoite an improvement with well performed rhinoplasty. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Thick skinned bulbous tip: with thick skin, the surgical results for nasal tip surgery are somewhat limited for bulbous tips. This does not mean that there is no improvement to be had. Usually bulbous tips with thick skin can be made thinner but the thicker the skin, the more limited the improvement. The addition of postoperative steroid injection can often help to add definition and refinement postoperatively.
