I’ve had 2 kids and this is what my stomach looks like 19 months later. I’m wondering if a tummy tuck is my only option? I know it’s not too bad but my belly button bothers me the most. I’m also worried if I got a tummy tuck the belly button scar would be higher on me and not be completely removed, therefore left with a huge scar and then a belly button scar as well. I’m just not sure if it’s worth it or what else I could do.

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! An in person evaluation is best, but based on the photos it appears a standard tummy tuck would give you the best result. This would address the loose skin both above and below the belly button. It doesn't appear you have significant skin laxity...
Although everything is a trade off, I think it is often best to have a little bit of loose skin with a regular tummy tuck than to commit yourself to a very unaesthetic scar. This decision is best made at consultation with a plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Yes at two years post op from your tummy tuck there would be no contraindication in getting a belly button piercing. Be sure to have your piercing done by someone reputable.
