Is there anything that can be done to fix this? there is an exaggerated bulge at my hip where the incision one. It messes up my hip contour and silhouette . Did not have this before the surgery.

Necrosis can begin to appear as early as the first few days to weeks after surgery. The risk goes down after the first six weeks. In order to keep your risk low be sure to closely follow your surgeon's post op instructions and report any concerns as they are noticed.

I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. You may have more visceral fat as a result of the weight gain contributing to the contour. The fascia may have stretched as well. Your surgeon can determine if further tests are warranted.
