The potential implant sizes and dimensions is best determined after an evaluation where your plastic surgeon will take measurements of your breast as soft tissue. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. Based on your photos, 350-400cc range size implant will likely give you a nice full cleavage that you desire.
I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

To determine the correct size breast augmentation, there are many factors to take into account m, and not simply the volume of the implant.

I recommend you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so you can have a thorough exam, with measurements, and a detailed conversation about the look you’re going for.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. If you are active in sports, and have a small frame, you need to be careful about getting implants that are too large. It’s difficult to advise you without an examination and measurements, but an implant in the 400 cc range will likely give you the results you desire. Seek a consultation from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your goals. I spend a significant amount of time with patients during breast augmentation consultations, because there are many decisions that need to be made. It’s best to look at all the implant options and use a sizing bra to make sure that you are happy with the surgical plan prior to proceeding. Best wishes.

Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend seeing additional board certified plastic surgeons to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. You may wish to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like. Best wishes!

From the information given I believe you’re going to want an implant in the range of 400 to 500cc to give you the size in the picture you provided. To get an implant of that size on your chest I believe you’re gonna need an ultra high profile implant which both mentor and Allergan have.

I appreciate your concern, because size does matter when seeking a natural looking result in breast augmentation. I ask my patients to bring in photos of breasts the size they desire, because there can otherwise be confusion because B or C cup can vary greatly by brassiere manufactures! I also utilize the implant in the bra technique, with several different implant sizes with a tighter fitting T-shirt to get an idea of what you will look like. Finally, I prefer to meet with my breast implant patients at least twice before surgery, so I am confident that I know exactly what her desires regarding shape and size are. I then have several sized implants in the patient's desired range available in the OR to allow me to tailor the operation to fit her needs. Be certain your surgeon understands your desires and you should do great as this operation carries a very high satisfaction rate. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. You are an excellent candidate for augmentation, under the muscle, with saline or silicone implants. We would determine the exact size and profile when I measure your chest, we review photos together, and you have an opportunity to try on the implant sizers here in the office. For the round bubble look you would need either an XHP or UHP silicone gel implant, or overfilled saline- and in terms of size I'm thinking 450-600cc.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. If you want to go to a C then you would need 200 cc implants. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.
