I’m very interested in getting a breast augmentation that looks busty, natural and doesn’t result in back pain (as I do like to do sports). At 110lbs I’m a 32B and before I was a fullC at 120lbs. My band size is actually 31. What size implants would you recommend to achieve a large, natural look (I like natural and also bubble Look) Reference images attached..
Answer: Breast augmentation Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation. The potential implant sizes and dimensions is best determined after an evaluation where your plastic surgeon will take measurements of your breast as soft tissue. You will be able to achieve your wish pic look. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Answer: 5’2”, 110lbs, currently 32B, need size help Hello, Thank you for the question and the photos. Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection. Based on your photos, 350-400cc range size implant will likely give you a nice full cleavage that you desire. I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. I hope this helps.Best regards, Dr. Karanetz Dr. Irena KaranetzBreast Fellowship-TrainedBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Implant size Determining the right implant for someone is a detailed process. Considerations not only include volume, but also type, style, and shape. The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. During this visit your breasts will be measured and you and your surgeon will have a discussion of your goals for surgery. Together you can determine the right implant for you. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Breast augmentation To determine the correct size breast augmentation, there are many factors to take into account m, and not simply the volume of the implant. I recommend you have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so you can have a thorough exam, with measurements, and a detailed conversation about the look you’re going for. Best of luck!

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Breast augmentation If you are active in sports, and have a small frame, you need to be careful about getting implants that are too large. It’s difficult to advise you without an examination and measurements, but an implant in the 400 cc range will likely give you the results you desire. Seek a consultation from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your goals. I spend a significant amount of time with patients during breast augmentation consultations, because there are many decisions that need to be made. It’s best to look at all the implant options and use a sizing bra to make sure that you are happy with the surgical plan prior to proceeding. Best wishes.
