I have dents and a scar on butt and I want it gone, I have done editing pics with it and it looks so much better without the dents and scars. I can’t do fat transfer because I have no fat, I’m 90 pounds. I just want other options and butt implants would show on the side since I have no fat
Answer: What’s the best option for my the dents and scar on my butt? (photos) Hello, thank you for your question. Fat can be transferred to this area, or butt implants can be an option as well. Answer: Dent Dear kikibear23, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, fat transfer is the best option. However, if you don't have extra fat then you can try fillers. If you are considering a treatment, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Treatment for buttock dents It sounds as though may have been misguided or misinformed about the potential for buttock implants. Despite a patient being very lean, even skinny, a properly selected buttock implant size and shape as well as it being properly placed and positioned within the gluteus muscles (i.e. “intramuscular pocket”) by a reputable buttock implant specialist often results in a very satisfactory, realistic, and seamless buttock contour. On the other hand, this same patient is a sure set up for failure with fat transfer, especially if added projection is desired. . Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: Revision of buttock dents Hi. Thanks for the photos. It is a difficult problem to fix but it can be improved. I would recommend either excising the dent and reclosing in such a way that the tissue would not dip downward. This can only be done on the two large ones. Another option is percutaneously releasing the skin from the scar tissue and placing a tiny but of fat graft. Usually I can get 5cc of fat from the flank on even a very thin women. In summary, no easy fix but there are a few small procedures worth trying.
