This looks like normal veins in the forehead, I don't think botox had anything to do this with.  If you are concerned, see a vascular doctor for an evaluation of the blood supply on the forehead.  I wish you the best, Dr. Emer.

you for your question and the photographs. That is a very interesting observation. It must be noted that medicine is not a field
that lends itself to absolute statements like never or always. However, in the
strictest sense regarding your concern, I would say that no, a collapsed vein
is not the result of Botox. Veins by
their physiologic nature are collapsible vessels already. And biochemically the
action of Botox would not necessarily be to further collapse them. That said, Botox to the area and its effect
on the surrounding tissue might have rendered the vein in question more visible.

It is unlikely that the botox led to a new crease on the forehead. A collapsed vein would be very unusual and is not a complication of botox. Without seeing your pre-botox photos, it is difficult to say if the crease was present beforehand but was masked by the forehead lines that you had from facial expression. I would recommend that you followup with the physician that administered the botox.
