Can botox around the eyes cause permanent damage?

Luckily no and the best thing is that after 3 months you will be back to where you started.  You actually should start to improve over the next few weeks. From what you are experiencing the dose of botox you received was too much for you.  Some patients don't appreciate the results of botox to the smile lines but to have worsening of your appearance is rare.  If you dare to try it again decrease the dose and make sure the injections are not placed to low beneath the eyes.
