I am 29 this year and this is my first botox experience. I am 2 weeks post botox around the eyes and I am devastated that when I smile, there is no movement around my eyes and my cheeks puff up and I have the chipmunk look. I have bags and dark circles under my eyes after botox. I feel a weird pressure around my eyes and suffer from dry eyes. I originally have almond shape eyes and now they look round and dead. I am afraid that this will become permanent. Will my eyes go back to normal? Thanks!
Answer: Results will go away I'm sorry you didn't get the results you wanted. The results of your treatment will last for about 3-4 months so the shape of your eyes will return to normal at that time. However, I suggest you see if your results get better as time passes.

Answer: Concerns after Botox No, Botox around the eyes should not cause permanent damage. Thank you for your question.Unexpected changes and sensations can be very disconcerting after cosmetic interventions, and your particular concerns are not that unusual. The muscles that cause crow’s feet also affect the shape of the eyes and under eyes when smiling. Some patients like the changes and some do not.The good news is that the effects of Botox are temporary and that different doses and placement of the Botox can change your results should you decide to do it again in the future.
