If this was not there before the Botox and now has appeared, it is likely from the treatment and will wear off over time.  It will look better if you let it wear off than it will if you try to fill it in.

Thank you for your question. You may be able to treat this with a minimal amount of Botox or filler. That being said, an in person evaluation is required to assess for treatment. Resurfacing laser my be something to consider to smooth out under eye lines. Best, 

Since your muscles have relaxed, the skin under your eyes is being pulled by the remaining functional muscles in a different direction. This makes your wrinkles more apparent.  It is hard to say from photos alone, but your options may be different placement of botox injections, filler, chemical peels, skin care products to tighten skin, or surgery to remove lower lid skin excess.  Please discuss this with your surgeon to see what will be the best option.

The problem we have described is a common 1.  One option is to let the Botox wear off and reevaluate.  Another solution that I have been using with excellent success is superficial injection of Belotero.  This is extremely technique dependent and requires significant technical expertise but can produce very nice results.  Best of luck.

After injecting Botox there is risk of compensatory reactions from other muscle groups, so when injected in one area, wrinkles and lines in other areas seem more pronounced. Moreover, Botox does not affect flex skin, only wrinkles caused by muscle contraction. I would not continue with adding more Botox because if it is a lax skin, it would make it even more pronounced. I would suggest you to talk to your dermatologist and look into other options to address these lines with chemical peels or laser skin tightening. Good luck

muscles are relaxed the facial expressions can be slightly altered. In your
case, when the muscles around the eyes are relaxed to treat crow’s feet, the
wrinkles under the eyes can sometimes draw more attention. Yes, filler can be used in this area to
lessen this result.

Botox relaxed the muscles enough that fluid can sequester in the areas and the tissue can become overly relaxed and flaccid.  Filler can help to reduce the appearance of this wrinkled, flaccid skin.  Better yet, have less Botox (if any) injected in the lower lids next time.  Some eye creams (eg Obagi Elastiderm and SkinRevision Teamine Complex) can also help the appearance significantly.Debbie Kessler Hudak, MDOculoplastics Specialist

Maybe? But only IN PERSON evaluation would allow that decision to be made. I might try Belpyero-Balance HA filler injections in 2 sessions... 

Botox injections lower down near the cheek can make the lower lid skin baggy looking.  I would let the botox wear off and after 3 months get reevaluated. If you are not a candidate for filler or surgery it may be that botox could be reconsidered but keep the injections higher up away from the cheek. Good lyck
