Botox caused wrinkles and bunching under eyes. Will filler help to correct this? (Photo)

If this was not there before the Botox and now has appeared, it is likely from the treatment and will wear off over time.  It will look better if you let it wear off than it will if you try to fill it in.

Thank you for your question. You may be able to treat this with a minimal amount of Botox or filler. That being said, an in person evaluation is required to assess for treatment. Resurfacing laser my be something to consider to smooth out under eye lines. Best, 

Since your muscles have relaxed, the skin under your eyes is being pulled by the remaining functional muscles in a different direction. This makes your wrinkles more apparent.  It is hard to say from photos alone, but your options may be different placement of botox injections, filler, chemical peels, skin care products to tighten skin, or surgery to remove lower lid skin excess.  Please discuss this with your surgeon to see what will be the best option.
