Is there a surgeon out who can remove the permanent Gore-Tex suture from my benelli lift for a reasonable cost?

Hello,Unfortunately, removing the GoreTex is a very difficult and can lead to injury or irregularities to the overlying skin.  If your surgeon thought a Benelli with Gore Tex was a good idea, you don't want to get in touch with him anyway. Look into the big three finance companies for cosmetic surgery: Care Credit, Prosper Health, and Alphtheon.  Find an ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specializes in revision breast surgery and has at least a decade or two of experience. can easily be done if your can let the surgeon know where your knot is located at... and you should have your surgeon do it for nearly nothing if you are truly botched.  All surgeon's are reachable and if they ignore your calls and you are still a patient of his/hers, there is an obligation to take care of your patients so the issue of abandonment is raised if they are not responding to your calls.  If you came to my office, fees for this would run around $600, just so you know what kind of costs you are looking at.  But its imperative to know where the knot is.

Removing a Gortex suture around the areolus can be done in an office setting under local anesthesia and is not very expensive, with no down time to speak of.      But you are correct, areolae will usually spread - and that is why I rarely use this technique, except for the most minor of corrections.
