Thank you for your question. The sensations you are experiencing are in fact related to the nerves re-growing after surgery and trauma. In some patients, the nerves can become hypersensitive and be quite uncomfortable. This usually resolves on its own but can be prolonged in some patients. Massage to de-sensitize the area is helpful. Medications like Neurontin or Lyrica can also be helpful to quiet the nerves down as they heal. The good news is that this issue usually resolves with time. Best wishes on your recovery.

What you are describing is regrowth of damaged nerves from the surgery. There are a lot of small nerves throughout your body and these are easily damaged during procedures like BBL. This should resolve on its own.
