Stomach is not flat and has ripples?

I had recently undergone a BBL. not much fat here so my butt is not as big as I had wanted it to be. I was happy with results 2 weeks after lipo but then it vanished and my stomach started getting big again. I can't fit into my old clothes and it seems like I'm fat again. Is this swelling or fat?
