Stomach is not flat and has ripples?

I had recently undergone a BBL. not much fat here so my butt is not as big as I had wanted it to be. I was happy with results 2 weeks after lipo but then it vanished and my stomach started getting big again. I can't fit into my old clothes and it seems like I'm fat again. Is this swelling or fat?

It would be helpful to know when you had surgery and how far along you are.  A revision liposuction can be considered if you are more than 3 to 6 months out from surgery.

The rippling on your stomach is due to loose skin after liposuction to your stomach. To correct this, you should have a tummy tuck procedure performed. This will tighten your abdominal skin and eliminate the rippling. A consultation is required for a more accurate assessment.
