When can you start wearing a waist trainer? I'm loving my results, still swollen. I'm 4 months post op, my waist is 29 inches, booty is 46 1/2 inches. My waist has stopped at 29 inches, my booty only went down 1/2 inch. When can I start wearing a waist cincher. I'm also still wearing my garment for compression. I know it can take up to a year for the swelling to go down. I'm very patient, watch out summer.
