BBL 3 weeks post op, major body swelling

I'm 3.5 weeks post op from having the BBL surgery. My swelling was down last week at 2 week's PO but today, I woke up feeling like a pumpkin. My fingers look like hot dogs, my face is swollen, my feet feel swollen and my vagina is HUGE. If I touch my vagina it giggles (it has NEVER done that before!!!) Is this normal? How long will this last? What can I do to make the swelling go down? Im so nervous, I am starting to panic! Thanks I'm advanced for your advice!
