BBL 3 weeks post op, major body swelling

The first thing I suggest is contacting your plastic surgeon immediately to determine if you are having a problem.  Things like profound anemia, kidney or heart problems, drug reactions, and low serum protein levels can cause major total body swelling.  If the swelling is limited to both lower extremities and is symmetrical, that is common after body contouring surgery. Don't rely on specific advice of online doctors who don't know you or your case.  Contact your surgeon to make sure you are ok.  Best of luck!

This can happen, periodically, up to 6-8 weeks.  3 weeks is still very early.  Swelling can be precipitated by salty foods, or other types of fluid intake.  Stay on a relatively bland diet and watch your salt intake.  You'll be just fine.
