Hey doc I'm skinny but I have a fat nose and I don't like it what should I do?

 A rhinoplasty procedure  can narrow a wide nose. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to narrow the bridge line. Suture techniques and a  conservative cartilage removal are required to narrow a wide tip. Wide nostrils are narrowed with an alar-plasty. There is no fat in the nose, just skin, cartilage, and bone. Hi, it's like the saying goes: "a picture is worth a thousand words".  Pictures of your nose would help in the evaluation.  Rhinoplasty can refine the nose but not much more can be said without seeing "your" nose.

You need a consultation with one or more experts in rhinoplasty. This is an operation that can narrow the width of the bridge, tip and nostrils. Realistic expectations can be approximated with computer imaging. Some noses get better results because the skin is thin. Thicker skin present problems but some improvements can be made here too,
