The fees for surgery will vary with the exact procedure performed and from surgeon to surgeon. Swapping out implants may require capsule removal, pocket repair, etc...

The price will depend on many factors such as implant type, manufacture, location, duration of surgery, and surgery needed of course. Ask your surgeon.
