If you are considering ANY cosmetic surgery, I would certainly go to a surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty. Taking down a small bump may be "easy," but I have seen many of these cases that were not performed well. Good cosmetic results come from experience, and even though the ENT may a good surgeon, if he/she is not doing the cosmetic part on a regular basis, then your chances of a great result go down.

While training varies among providers, you may consider evaluation by a surgeon who specialized in rhinoplasty procedures to address the cosmetic concerns. Talk with your health care provider for a recommendation on how to proceed.

Good Afternoon! Great questions. An ENT is an excellent source to go to for septal work. I would make sure, though, that the surgeon also performs a high-level of rhinoplasty. A hump reduction can be straight-forward, but you can make the nose worse by developing a callus or asymmetry. You have a beautiful side profile so my suggestion is to consider the risks associated with changing your nasal shape. Hope this is useful to you!
