Breathing issues and pain post a few injuries = what can I do?

Hello, 23 year old female I have had a few injuries to my nose starting at age 8 which was the worst damage wise (motorbike straight to the face/nose head on) A few yeas ago i had a minor incident with impact to the nose and since then ive had worst problems breathing and pain. One dr told me it is allergies and the other nasal valve collapse as a result of trauma 3rd pic is me inhaling

You should schedule a consultation with an ENT (if you do not wish to change the appearnce of your nose) or with a facial plastic surgeon if you wish to breath better as well as change the appearance of your nose. If you only want the breathing fixed go to an otolaryngologist who specializes in nasal airway issues. I doubt that nasal valve collapse is the major issue. You probably need a septoplasty and turbinate reduction.
