Is this an inverted v deformity? I had a septorhinoplasty 6 months after (Photo)

I had a septo/rhinoplasty in March to fix a deviated septum & remove a bump on my bridge. The middle part of my bridge is now bumpy on the sides and on the left side it appears there is a seperation. Is it a callous, swelling, or does it look likee an inverted v deformity?
