Accessory breast tissue will reform again, if I had it removed?

I have extra breast tissue under my both arms, My doctor says it's bilateral accessory breast tissue and she says that It's not a danger and If I have it removed then it will reform again. So, I just want to know, If it's true? Please help me.

Thank you very much for your question and chest x-ray photograph. Fortunately, there is no evidence of a rupture on this chest x-ray. The darkness on the left side, which you are looking at, is air in your stomach. Additionally, chest x-rays are not used to determine if an implant has ruptured.

Consult immediately with your surgeon. The fluid may be lactation fluid or breast milk. It is critical however not to miss a breast infection or abscess.
