Accessory breast tissue will reform again, if I had it removed?

Accessory breast tissue in the axillary, once removed, does not normally
regrow. I would suggest you have a
consultation with another Board Certified plastic surgeon, to get a second opinion,
on your situation.

The breast tissue that is removed will not grow back. However, if any were to be left, it could possibly grow with pregnancy and breast feeding or with weight gain. Many women have this excess tissue and choose to have it removed.

Accessory breast tissue once removed should not grow back. Removing it often leads a small scar in the armpit region.

This tissue is not a tumor, and should not grow back if removed. I have not heard of such a thing happening.  Perhaps a second opinion from another surgeon will serve you well.All the best.
