Question

How do I Fix puffy nipples? My breast will not grow and it makes a weird saggy point shape. My areola continues and constantly gets larger. When certain shirts or bra Is worn my areolas become puffy and large. My nipples hardly get/stay erected. How do I round out my breast and lift them, with out a medical procedure if possible. my nipples get really big especially when I shower. They're always puffy and not flat. Is there anything I can do/ Are my breast normal? Im a B32/34 for the longest

you very much for your question and photographs.  Your photos show that you have tuberous
breasts.  Fortunately, these can be
changed with a surgical procedure, including a breast augmentation and peri-areolar
nipple areola skin reduction.  There is,
however, no danger or problems with your breasts as they are.  A change would be simply done for aesthetic
reasons.  I would suggest you schedule a
consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options for
correction.

You seem to have tuberous breasts. The aesthetics of your breasts can usually be much improved with surgery consisting of breast augmentation. This is often combined with surgery of the areola which may sometimes be done at the same time as the original surgery.

Dear Amy,You have what is known as tuberous breasts. They commonly have the features that you are describing: the large nipple/areola, pointy breasts. Unfortunately there is no treatment for this but surgery. The surgery typically reduces the size of your areola and rounds out the bottom part of your breasts with the help of implants. Hi Amy,I haven’t examined you, but yes I would say you have a Type IV Tuberous
Breast contour, and we see this frequently.  So, no need to be
disheartened.  There are four Types that are seen, and you are in this profile.  You can see from the side view that your
breast comes almost straight out from your chest wall, and therefore from the
front view, the lower rounded area is not filled out.  I believe if you
want a breast augmentation surgery this would be corrected nicely.  The
web reference below has some photos of examples.  There are many
approaches.  Here are some general tips which are only my personal
opinion, not gospel:  Your fold is very tight in the breast crease. Put an
index card in your breast fold. If your nipple is at the edge of the card or
below, then you would be a candidate for a lift, either a vertical or anchor or
areolar. If you nipple is above the edge, you could be a candidate for an
internal lift called the dual plane which would avoid incisions around your
nipple. 
Be sure to see only a board certified plastic surgeon (by ABPS - The American
Board of Plastic Surgery) who is a member of ASAPS (The American Society for
Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and or a member of ASPS (The American Society of
Plastic Surgeons). Also, ask if they have an established, high volume breast
augmentation practice, performing several hundred breast augmentations each
year. Be sure the PS has been in practice for a while, 20-years or more might
be a good gauge. Does the PS offer all three incisions? Discuss the implant
type (gel or saline), shaped "gummy bear" or non-shaped, smooth or
textured, implant pocket (over or under the muscle) and the "quick
recovery approach." Ask to see their before and after photos if you didn’t
see any on their website. If they are experienced, they should have several 100
breast implant patients for you to view. I would also recommend that your
doctor offer you the chance to talk to past patients who would be happy to
discuss their experience with you. You need to feel comfortable, so make sure
the environment is safe as in an accredited surgery center. Also, ask a
prospective surgeon if he or she has ever published journal articles in
professional peer-reviewed journals, which they can provide you.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photo you have what we call tuberous breast. Tuberous breast are a normal variant of breasts as breast come in all shape and sizes. If you're looking to enhance or change the appearance of your breasts, I recommend having a breast augmentation with radial scoring and a dual plane. This will allow the breast skin to stretch and round out. It will also increase your breast diameter and fill out the upper portion of your breast. If you are thinking of having a breast augmentation procedure, I recommend that you find a board certified plastic surgeon who is a member of the American society of aesthetic plastic surgery.

Hi Amy,Based on the photos alone it seems you most likely have tuberous breasts.  This can only be corrected with surgery and the good news is that a skilled and board certified plastic surgeon may consider combining a breast augmentation procedure along with nipple surgery. Without surgery, you might be able to change your breasts with pregnancy or weight gain. It is doubtful that your nipples will change much except with pregnancy and breast feeding. Surgery can give you the look you are wanting. I would recommend visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss all your concerns.

You can not make them look better without surgery.  They appear tuberous. Implants can help fill them out, but you likely need a cirumareola reduction to make the areola look less puffy.
