I had a revision closed rhino with septal graft and columella tuck, after 6 weeks started to notice unesthetic looking hard projection supratip, its been a year, surgeon says he does not know why and he would do a tertiary rhino to correct it, what do u think the cause of it and what should i do about it? Its unpleasant in certain lightening with weird looking tip. Thank u

You appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, however, photographs sometimes do not show the whole picture. Your nasal tip appearance is somewhat narrowed on front view, and you appear to have thin nasal skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for smoothing out the appearance of your tip graft if that is necessary. I hope this is helpful! It appears that your skin has shrunk wrap around the graft, right in the tip of your nose,and only visible from the frontal view. You could consider harvesting a piece of temporalis facia and inserting that over the cartilage graft to camouflage and soften the edges. It will make your tip slightly more bulbous
