I had a revision closed rhino with septal graft and columella tuck, after 6 weeks started to notice unesthetic looking hard projection supratip, its been a year, surgeon says he does not know why and he would do a tertiary rhino to correct it, what do u think the cause of it and what should i do about it? Its unpleasant in certain lightening with weird looking tip. Thank u
