Answer: Is It Possible to Change the Shape of Your Nose with out Surgery? Fillers can be used in certain circumstances. Rhinoplasty usually produces superior results. Answer: Fillers v rhinoplasty Hello, Fillers like Juvaderm can be used in some instances. However, the injection of a filler actually makes your nose larger not smaller. You have to be 18 years old to get a nose job without a parent or guardian signing off on it. Pimples would best be addressed by a dermatologist or an aesthetician. Find a Board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty as 100% of their practice. All the best, Deepak Dugar, MDScarless Rhinoplasty ExpertBeverly Hills, CA 90210

Answer: Rhinoplasty No, it is not possible to change your nose significantly without surgery. Your nose is made of skin, bone and cartilage. Surgery can significantly improve your nose by altering the bone and cartilage. You should select a trained and experienced surgeon who specializes in noses.

Answer: Changing Nose Without Surgery If you are 16 and do not like your nose and do not want surgery, I would advise you to do nothing. A rhinoplasty is a permanent change to your nose so any one undertaking this decision should want to do so and understand the risks and benefits of the procedure. Your opinion of surgery may change or become even more validated as you get older and see more friends and family members who receive it. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is very limited in what it can do to the nose. In some cases, it can permanently alter the soft tissues of the skin in a negative way so that a future procedure may not be possible.

Answer: Nonsurgical nose job, 16-7, and lasers/skin treatments Great questions. For some type of noses, nonsurgical nose jobs are possible, and they camouflage the bumps etc. in your nose and can also raise the tip a bit. This is done with fillers and is not permanent, so it has to be redone every 6 months or so if you want to keep it up. In terms of age for a rhinoplasty, usually for girls anytime they're at least 16-17, as long as they have reached skeletal maturity, it is safe to proceed with rhinoplasty. Lastly, the marks that pimples leave on your face can be improved with time with a couple of treatments. These may include lasers, chemical peels, and other treatments, The best thing to do is get evaluated by your plastic surgeon or dermatologist in the area. Aestheticians are also great at providing some treatments that can help make those marks go away. -Dr. David Mattos, New York Plastic Surgical Group
