I am just over a month post-op, when I had my cast off my nose looked amazing and was completely straight from a side profile. As the swelling has started to settle the hump I originally had, and wanted to get rid of, has come back. I don't know whether this is swelling or if the hump was underneath the swelling the whole time? I am very upset as it is very prominent, it feels like bone and not swelling and looks pretty much the same as it did before surgery.
