8 months post op - what can be done to expand my alar base width? (photos)

Hi, I had primary rhinoplasty done 8 months ago. Although I did not want, yet my surgeon reduced my alar base width and chopped my sills. Also, she made my tip extremely pointy. I want to expand my alar base width. Please someone help with the possible solutions. I have no solutions left and I am in deep depression since 8 months.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from nasal tip deprojection during your revision to help lessen the elongated appearance of your nostrils and provide better symmetry of your nostrils.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
