I had t t with a lot of lipo above the belly button . The original surgeon want to lipo above my belly button to fix . He said it's less invasive . I went to two other surgeons and they both said my upper muscle was not tightened enough lipo alone will not work they said I need a revision t t . What to do .

I think that you need to be seen in person but from the photos, they suggest that the muscles may be a bit weak.

It appears to me that you have a recurrent diastasis or separation of your upper abdominal muscles. This may have occurred early in the post-operative process. You may also have a small amount of fat as well in that area that may be improved with liposuction - but your best bet is probably a revision tummy tuck. If you have already been to two other surgeons who also agree it's a problem with the muscle, then liposuction alone will likely not fix what's bothering you. And that's the most important part!
