Does picking nose 3 months after rhinoplasty harm the final result?

Those nasal bones should have been healed at six weeks’ time and the soft tissue quite strong at three months’ time.  It is extremely unlikely you have done any harm.  I hope this has been helpful.

You are unlikely to have damaged any of the bony or cartilaginous framework with a good clean out. At three months these structures are pretty much healed, and if you had applied enough force to cause damage you would have felt it!
