Hello. Unfortunately I do not see a photo in your question. If it is functional issues or due to a trauma then your insurance might cover it.  If it is for aesthetic reasons then you will probably have to pay out-of-pocket. Costs vary widely; I would suggest searching here on real self for board certified facial plastic surgeons and board certified plastic surgeons in your area and go in for a consultation. Good luck!
