Should I be concerned about the tissue around my incision becoming hard? I'm 17 days post TT.

I am 17 days post TT. My jp drain is still in place because I have had >30cc in a 24h period each day since 5/17. Yesterday I noticed that the skin above and below my incision is taut. There is no redness or tenderness. Afebrile. I plan to call my surgeon on Monday.

Hello! After muscle repair associated with TT, you may get bloating and that can be uncomfortable. I sometimes see this last as long as a year. And the symptoms may be related to specific food groups (gluten?) so you should try to figure out which foods provide more problems.
