Will this be ok or mess up my tummy tuck results? I have gained a little pooch at the bottom of my tummy.

Hello! After muscle repair associated with TT, you may get bloating and that can be uncomfortable. I sometimes see this last as long as a year. And the symptoms may be related to specific food groups (gluten?) so you should try to figure out which foods provide more problems.
