I am a 32A & small framed. Want to be a full C
Answer: How many cc is suggested for a silicone high profile implant? Thank you for the question. There is no accurate correlation between size of breast implant and cup size achieved. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "full C cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging technology may also be very helpful during this communication process. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. I hope this (and the attached link) help.

Answer: Cc's to cup size The answer varies from patient to patient. Your best bet is to visit you your plastic surgeon and size. Your starting size, your base width and your frame all factor into implant size choice.

Answer: How many cc? SInce there are no fixed and uniform standards for cup size, any answers you get should be suspect!I have numerous patients who have in their bra drawer cups of 3 different sized that all fit.I prefer having patients try on implants to using a cup size as a goal. My idea of a full C may have little relationship to the patient's idea. Without a photo and breast measurements, I am more hesitant to predict an implant size. Many surgeons suggest that you get a cup size increase for every 100-250 cc of implant volume. You get the variance! A C cup on a 32 band is smaller than a C on a 34, and so forth. For a 36 band, 200 cc per cup might be a reasonable guideline. For a 32 it would take less. Best to discuss in person at a consultation with a plastic surgeon. Thanks for ;your question.

Answer: Implant sizing to go from an A cup to a full C It is very hard to guarantee final bra size based on implant because bra manufacturers have different fits depending on their brand. The cup estimate most plastic surgeons refer to is about 200 cc.At the end of the day the most important thing is to have a full consultation and exam with a board certified plastic surgeon. The selection of the implant should be based on a comprehensive plan that takes your tissues into consideration. This will allow for selection of an appropriate implant.Best of luck to you

Answer: Whats the right size implant for me? First and most importantly you need to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation. In my office I utilize VECTRA 3D imaging which is helpful in determining your desired look... VECTRA lets me place your imagine into a 3D image and the place any available implants onto your body. Also during consult you will have the ability to place implants into a bra to help determine final size and look... Some guidance will be given based on your chest/breast dimensions as well. The implant choice should "fit" your body... Bets of luck to you!
