Having a cavity filled a couple of days prior to a scheduled rhinoplasty should not pose a problem of any kind. But it is always good to inform your Board Certified Plastic surgeon.

Having the rhinoplasty performed first may otherwise get in the way of filling placement afterward due to nasal splint and dressings.
