I an 2 years post op from a TT. I had lipo a year later to see if that would get my belly flat. It did not work. My surgeon says my muscle repair is intact and has no explanation. It is depressing to see my stomach this way. Please let me know what you guys think is going on here

It’s not a good idea to partially tighten the muscle wall. Either do it stem to stern or leave it alone.

A tummy tuck removes fat in front of the abdominal wall, as well as excess skin. Any abdominal muscle separation is typically also corrected. The space where your organs are is not addressed and the organs are not moved. Hope this helps!
