Would a ponytail lift help minimize the appearance of sagging eyebrows and lower eyelids? (photo)

My brows and lower eyelid are saggy, i wish to fix this problem without having to touch my eyelids as i've had a midfacelift done and it left a pretty bad scar on the corner of my eyes. Can a ponytail lift help with this problem? When i lift my temples it goes away,

Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit most from a brow lift to raise your drooping eyebrows and lids while defining the contour of your eyelid creases. This procedure requires a few small incisions along the hairline to elevate the forehead skin and eyebrows. In most cases, brow lift surgery scars are well-hidden and unnoticeable.

I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to review your surgical history, discuss your concerns and goals with you, and help you decide on the best course of action.

Thank you for your query. Based on your single picture, you do not have saggy lower eyelids and a ponytail lift will not help. For your eyebrows , an endoscopic or temporal eyebrow lift will bee the best solution. Please find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

You have lower eyelid horizontal and vertical compromise with inferior scleral show from a failed midface lift. You have lost the almond shape of your eyes. This can be repaired but not with the surgery you are describing. The more wrong work you get done, the harder it will be to make meaningful repairs to your eyelids. I am attaching a video that shows how the lower eyelids are repaired. Generally it is possible to vertically lift the midface and cheek and repair the shape of the eyes and cheek. The upper eyelids would be separated addressed and I for one, do not believe that a forehead lift is what you need. Ultimately there is no substitute for a detailed in person consultation. Don't do this over zoom. Don't make this worse. Your eyes can be your best feature.

It looks like you could benefit from an endoscopic brow lift (to naturally elevate and reshape the eyebrows and produce a smoother, more youthful and rested appearance to the upper third of the face and around the eyes) as well as a lower blepharoplasty (to improve the appearance of the lower eyelids).

It is best to consult with an experienced surgeon for the best results.
