Would a ponytail lift help minimize the appearance of sagging eyebrows and lower eyelids? (photo)

My brows and lower eyelid are saggy, i wish to fix this problem without having to touch my eyelids as i've had a midfacelift done and it left a pretty bad scar on the corner of my eyes. Can a ponytail lift help with this problem? When i lift my temples it goes away,

After reading your clinical history, I would recommend separating your procedures. Cheek implant removal is a fairly simple procedure, but if there is a chance of infection, I would not recommend having a facelift at the same time.
