If you could provide photos and more information I would be able to evaluate your case in a more appropriate way. But from my experience as a preference, to separate each operation and to have the second operation after completely recovering from the first operation.

Sorry you are having these issues. If there is no active infection, you certainly may have a facelift at the same time as your implant removal. However, if there is a pocket of pus, then the implants would have to be removed first and the area washed out. The facelift could be performed several weeks later. It should noted that when you have an infection there is inflammation, swelling, scar tissue...this can all impact the appearance of the face and can compromise the results of a face lift. It is certainly possible to perform a face lift at the same time as the implant removal (this saves time/cost as you will have fewer surgeries). However, it probably makes sense to have the implant removed, allow the infection/inflammation to subside/resolve, allow the area to heal and then perform the facelift so that the surgeon can be more sure of the expected results and so that the surgeon can see what the skin/tissue looks like without the inflammation present. In general, cosmetic surgery is better to be performed when infection is also not present.
