-first pic: I reduced my brow bone, smoothed the bump on the bridge of my nose, fixed the fat pouch thing by my mouth, and made my chin slightly smaller -second pic: only edited nose.have had a previous rhinoplasty, not sure if this is scar tissue or regrown bone. unhappy with the tip, I would like it to be more defined, but I think I might be satisfied just rasping the bridge/lowering radix. -3rd pic: want mini facelift/cheek lift for the jowls/boxy face shape -unsure of where to start

After reading your clinical history, I would recommend separating your procedures. Cheek implant removal is a fairly simple procedure, but if there is a chance of infection, I would not recommend having a facelift at the same time.
