Brow bone reduction, rhinoplasty, mini facelift/cheek lift - are these edits achievable? (photos)

You would likely achieve favorable results with revision rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting. During revision, your nasal bridge can be shaved down and the tip more defined to create a shape that complements the rest of your facial features. With fat grafting, your body’s own fat can be used to fill hollow areas, such as above the brow and below the cheeks to restore lost volume and create a more youthful appearance.

I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to review your surgical history, assess your concerns, and determine the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Based on these photos, it looks that your nose is the area that can mostly benefit of surgery; secondary rhinoplasty in the hands of an experienced board certified plastic surgeon may bring desireable subtle change. Forehead contouring may be considered but your prominences are so subtle that I am not sure that you will see much of a benefit? I do not think you need an kind of face lift. Hope this helps. Yes, adjusting the brow bone and nose are quite doable - in fact the result could easily be nicer than you've pictured. Also the area by your cheeks can be improved as well.

I think you are too young to have so many things done. I think your face looks fine and you are thinking about having too many things that really are if no benefit., you should consult with a reputable surgeon. I think you are asking for problems you don’t need

You're not a candidate for a facelift or a brow lift, since you're still very young. The amount of change or trying to obtain with a brow bone reduction is not worth it. Regarding your nose, it is possible to improve your side profile, however the nose is a three dimensional structure, therefore a full set of current pictures are required to make a determination about how best to proceed.
