I underwent rhinoplasty almost 10 years ago, and while the overall result was satisfactory, I have uneven nostrils now. The left tip is higher, which makes the left nostril appear larger, especially in profile. I would prefer not to raise the right side to achieve symmetry. Instead, I’m considering if a cartilage graft on the left side could help lower the tip. My priority is to improve the appearance without risking further complications. I appreciate your consideration and advice.
