The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider. Unfortunately, that is a wide open question.  It is not uncommon to need some revision after a lift and augmentation done together so do not be upset.  If you just need your scars around the nipples redone, that could possibly be done in the office for almost nothing depending on how your surgeon plans on charging you and if you can tolerate it.  On the other hand, doing the surgery in the operating room, with full anesthesia, with surgeon's fee could easily exceed $2500.  It will depend on your pain tolerance, your scarring, your relationship with your surgeon, your surgeon's office facility, and more.  Also, those scars around the areola can sometimes re-widen depending on your skin elasticity.
