A tummy tuck restores the abdominal muscles back to the position that they were prior to pregnancy or weight gain.  A 6-pack can still be obtained with abdominal muscle work outs once you have healed from surgery.

It is unclear exactly what is going on in your photograph.  It may be that you have edema or swelling related to your surgery that will improve and resolve with time.  I recommend scheduling a follow up appointment with your plastic surgeon to make sure you don't have a seroma or fluid...
