It is unclear exactly what is going on in your photograph. It may be that you have edema or swelling related to your surgery that will improve and resolve with time. I recommend scheduling a follow up appointment with your plastic surgeon to make sure you don't have a seroma or fluid collection. Discuss your concerns with him or her at your appointment.
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. It is difficult without an in-person examination to determine what may be taking place. Most commonly this is residual swelling from surgery which will spontaneously resolve but it would be important to voice your concerns to your surgeon to ensure that other issues are not taking place - discrete fluid collection, muscle laxity, or residual adipose tissue. If it is swelling related I would advocate continued use of a compression garment to help limit the swelling that can occur with increasing levels of activity. Hope this helps.
