Back or arm lipo? Which area should I do first? (Photos)

Question

Hello everyone, I don't like my back and arm area but I don't think my budget can do arms, armpits and back bra roll together. My concern is my back view looks big but my legs are pretty skinny. I look very unbalanced in the photos:( So if I have to pick an area to do first, which one should I do? Thank you!

Hello! I think that most plastic surgeons that are skilled in performing arm liposuction would perform lipo360 of the arms with some sort of skin tightening modality (i.e. J plasma, body tight, etc). This would address the entirety of the arm including the back/posterior and give you better overall definition of the arms. Although you would benefit from full back liposuction as well, I would start with the lipo360 of the arms and after healed possibly address the back and torso. Good luck!

Based on your photos it appears reasonable to have both areas addressed at once.  You may find that adding an area will not increase the cost considerably.  Having the two areas addressed together will save you from paying for anesthesia and facility charges twice.  If you still want to separate the procedures there is no right or wrong choice on which to have first.

Based on the posted photos, I recommend "1 surgery" doing liposuction of all areas desired with J-Plasma under light general anesthesia over local anesthesia or local with IV sedation. Fee $6,000. Best to virtual consult with....

I don't think it makes any difference at all which you do first.  I usually recommend to my patients to do that part that bothers you most.  It may make the other part not as concerning to you!  Your choice!

Your photos are very difficult to judge due to the pixilated areas.  
It is much cheaper doing multiple areas of liposuction at the same time so I would say to save up and do the upper lateral back and arms at the same time (they also use the same incision -point of entry).
If you have to decide, then choose the area that bothers you most.
