Most likely your breast was saggy before the surgery and After the augmentation only became saggier. You are candidate for a Major breast lift and reduction, areola size reduction, medialization of the right areola-nipple complex. So the surgery you need is way more extensive than just implants.
Regarding your abdomen, even though is not seen completely on your photos, most likely you are candidate for Tummy Tuck instead of just liposuction. Saggy abdomen are not fixed with just liposuction.

You need a lift to make your breast more symmetrical. An augmentation alone will not do this. I suspect, most of your abdominal fullness is internal and can be reduced by losing weight.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results. From the submitted photo it appears a breast lift is needed. This will raise the position of the nipple and remove excess skin as well as downsize the areola. For the abdomen, if you were unhappy with the results of liposuction it could be the current contour is due to either needing a tummy tuck or from visceral/internal fat. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.

You should always wait 1 year to see the final results while waiting for the swelling to completely finish as well as the skin redraping. On your picture I can’t evaluate the abdomen, the breasts do have ptosis and are hanging below your inframammary fold. If you do want them to be higher on your chest wall and have a perkier and younger look you require a breast lift. In order to have a better assessment you should take more photos and have a virtual or in office consultation.

Cosmetic surgical outcomes are generally based on two variables. The first is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure and the second is how the procedure. You understand, plastic surgery procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. without having a comparison of what you look like before, we have no idea what was actually done during surgery.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Most likely your breast or asymmetrical to start with, and adding implants typically does not correct asymmetry.
Consider reposting with a complete set of proper before and after pictures or schedule if you in person second opinion, consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community.
