does sculpsure have any risk of spreading cancer?

here4kids
years ago I had one session of i-lipo. what I remember vividly is the warning I had to sign, that "if" I had cancerous cells in my body, that I risked spreading these cells as my body washed them out. a week after the treatment I had a sudden breast biopsy done (was benign) and that gave me much cause for concern. needless to say, I never returned. now I am considering sculpsure and want to make sure it does not come with a similar risk. thanks!
