Is it normal to have clear fluid pockets on the inside of lip months after Juvederm? (photo)

It's been over 8 months at least since I've had juvaderm ( just a thin line in top of upper lip and I have always had these little clear pockets of fluid on the inside of my lip where the injection was no where near. Usually I forget they are there and it ads some extra fullness to my lip but today they feel larger for some reason. How do they form there if is nowhere near where I was injected and is it safe to leave. They have never been sores or open areas at all just filled with clear fluid.

If you definitely didn't have these pockets before, it's possible (?probable) that they are collections of the juvederm that have been walled off. You should try dissolving them with an injection of hyalurondidase, which dissolves juvederm. Good luck

No not normal, diagnosis ?herpes reaction? Try acyclovir RX first to see if subsides. Otherwise allergic skin testing might lead to a diagnosis...

Thank you for providing photos - based on the image it doesn't appear to be an acute infection and you state they do not cause any discomfort and are not related in time to Juvederm injection. I would recommend cautious monitoring. Hope it helps.
