You have to acknowledge that once the skin on the abdomen got very loose and flaccid, there is NO procedure (liposuction, laser, massage, exercise, creams, local injections, garments, lose weight) which may tighten that saggy skin again. If your health condition is acceptable, then you will be surprised how wonderful your abdomen may look after a Tummy Tuck: attractively flat, tapered waist, nice and small navel, and an incision low enough to hide it under a bikini!!!!!Be encouraged!!! you will be loving your results.Dr. Cardenas
Hello and thank you for your question. If as you say you have an "apron" hanging over your pubic area, the only solution for correcting that is with surgery. I recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to get more specific answers to your questions which can best be addressed after a thorough history and examination is performed.Best of Luck to you!

an examination is necessary to tell you the answer to your question. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that performs these regularly.
