Itching after liposuction probably cannot be aided by a cream. Benadryl cream might be tried but in oral dose would be better if histamine is a mediator. The best solution is to put cool compresses on the area that is itching.

Good options for itching are topical 1% hydrocortisone, oral dyphenydramine, or oral hydroxyzine. If you you are only itching where the garment is touching your skin, you may be having a reaction to that material. try wearing a layer, such as an old T-shirt, between your skin and the garment.
