You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The junction between your medial lateral crura is very prominent and gives a very pointy appearance. This needs to be pulled together.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on your photo, you would have a nice result with a properly performed rhinoplasty. You can see that the cartilages making up the tip are separated. Rhinoplasty will bring them together to make the nose appear slimmer and refined, but natural also. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question if you can send your photos from side and front profile we can make true evaluation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Thank you for your photographs. To fully evaluate your nasal shape and contour, standardized photographs would have to be analyzed. However, the photos you sent are of a wide, boxy tip of your nose, as well as a separation of the medial cartilages, which make up the separation between your two nostrils. There are nondestructive suturing techniques which are used to reshape the cartilages and bring them closer together to refine the tip of your nose. This should be discussed in detail with your plastic surgeon, so they can understand what your wishes are and plan accordingly. The surgery usually takes approximately one and a half to two hours and there’s approximately one to two weeks of recovery. Best wishes.

When someone can see a midline crease in the columella, this is typically indicative of thin nasal skin. The nasal skin tends to show more irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery so the choice of your surgeon is important. If you are looking to eliminate that crease and to achieve a narrower and less pointy nasal tip appearance, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered, depending on your examination. Thank you for your question, and I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Josep
Hello @Josephsam30, thank you for your question. Yes is posible to achieve the results you want regarding the nose. One of the most significant aspects to consider when performing rhinoplasty is ensuring harmony with other features of the face. In may case, I always work closely alongside an ENT surgeon in order to ensure correct management and alignment of not only the septum but all facial proportions as well. Best wishes! Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are seeing the lower lateral cartilage appear wide and prominent. You may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. It's difficult to answer your question because surgery on the upper jaw can change the appearance of somebody's nose. In general, it may be wise to treat your malocclusion first, and then deal with rhinoplasty afterwards. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
