Botulax is a botulinum toxin, one of many manufactured in South Korea. It is very difficult to asses its use since there has been a nasty "war" between comparable products, those made in the US and those from South Korea. As a matter of fact, the Alergan -maker of Botox, has acquired a license to one of these toxins but later surpassed its use. Many accusations on both side go back and forth including claims of stolen strains and toxin sequences. All boils down to profits and market share and not the safety, quality or effectiveness. Botulax is available in many countries in far east but not in North America. Regarding exercise, you can do anything you would normally do after the injections. Occasional recommendations of avoiding certain activities have no support in any studies and are considered an "urban legend". Good luck!
