7 months ago I had an anchor lift with 225cc MP under and my breast dropped three weeks later 4 months later I recieved a periareola lift with 460 HP under, was told i was getting another full lift but didnt a month later they dropped. My surgeon retired but told me his partner who is taking over would take care of me if something happened. His nurse told me she agreed with me that they dropped and its time to see the new surgeon for a 2nd opinion. What happened? Am I responsible for paying agan

Answer: Breast Revision Sorry to hear about your difficult journey. Unfortunately in combination surgery with augmentation and mastopexy revisionary surgery is not uncommon. Prior to your consultation, I would discuss with the cosmetic coordinator what the revision policy is with the practice so you know what to expect. Each office handles secondary procedures differently so having this information up front will be helpful. In addition, you could seek consultation with other local plastic surgeons to receive alternate opinions. If possible request a copy of your operative notes so that each surgeon can have a detailed description of what was already done by your previous surgeon. Best of luck.
